Amy Lanchester
Amy Lanchester is a Senior Data Consultant at Hintze Law PLLC and the Director of Hintze Data Advisors. She consults with organizations on privacy and data security issues and compliance programs. Amy has over ten years of experience working on global data protection matters, including building and maturing privacy programs, implementing privacy technology solutions, auditing information security and privacy controls, and managing incident and data breach response efforts.
Prior to Hintze Law, Amy most recently worked for Chime Financial, Inc. as a Senior Privacy Program Manager, where she managed the company’s privacy program in coordination with multiple cross-functional teams. She also led the implementation of Chime’s privacy management technology. Amy also worked at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she started as a Privacy Analyst and quickly progressed to a Senior Manager role leading the development of the company’s global children’s privacy program.
In addition to her privacy program experience, Amy has experience auditing information security controls and performing walkthroughs and risk assessments from her time as an IT Security and Regulatory Controls Auditor at RELX.
Amy has a Masters of Science in Information Systems from Georgia State University.
