Zachary Douglas

Zachary Douglas is a Data Consultant at Hintze Law PLLC. Drawing from 20 years of litigation experience, Zach helps defend clients in privacy and security enforcement actions. Zach is also a Certified Project Manager and consults clients on developing and maintaining privacy program elements designed for compliance with global privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA. Zach conducts data protection impact assessments, data inventory and mapping, privacy reviews, data subject request response processes, drafting privacy policies, and review of vendor data protection agreements.

Zach was formerly the Legal Project Manager for F45 Training. Zach managed and led the firm’s franchise relationships, global trademark portfolio, litigation matters, and contract database. Prior to F45, Zach was a Senior Paralegal at Greenberg Traurig and Norton Rose Fulbright where he gained 20 years of experience specializing in consumer protection, antitrust, IP, and products liability litigation. Zach supervised and led litigation support teams and managed and advised on all facets of large-scale discovery and document production, motion preparation, and filing, trial preparation, and managing client relationships.
