Hintze Law PLLC announced today that Taylor Widawski has joined the firm as Senior Associate. Taylor comes to Hintze Law’s Seattle office from Chime Financial, where she was in house privacy counsel. Prior to that, she was privacy counsel at T-Mobile and an associate with a large national law firm.

Taylor brings to the firm deep experience providing strategic advice on privacy programs as well as privacy product counseling across a variety of industries and topics. Taylor’s experience leading privacy programs in-house allows her to provide understandable, pragmatic, and actionable advice with an eye toward scalability in uncertain regulatory environments. It has also given her the ability to seamlessly work with a variety of stakeholders including C-Suite executives and senior leadership, product, marketing, technology and IT, security, and engineering.
At Hintze Law, Taylor will continue to advise clients regarding compliance and regulatory response initiatives with worldwide data protection laws and regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU e-Privacy Directive, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Taylor has earned the CIPP-US and CIPP-EU certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
