Jennifer has spent the last 8+ years focusing on complex issues at the intersection of emerging technology and data protection.

Jennifer counsels technology, social media, and e-commerce clients, from innovative startups to Fortune 100 companies, on all aspects of global privacy and cybersecurity. She provides clients with business-focused legal advice for developing, operationalizing, and maintaining a privacy program in a dynamic regulatory environment, developing strategies for managing and communicating about privacy risk, and negotiating complex agreements with partners and service providers. She has advised on privacy and cybersecurity risks in connection with numerous multimillion-dollar M&A deals.
Jennifer also has special expertise counselling on employee privacy issues, including developing employee monitoring policies, employee privacy principles and guidelines, conducting employee privacy assessments, advising on background check programs and employee monitoring issues, implementing COVID tracking and employee privacy programs, and advising on privacy issues in employee and candidate diversity and inclusion programs.
